NOTICE TO BIDDERS

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER STORAGE TANK

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of a water storage tank located at 180 Blackhawk Road, in the Town of Crawford, New York (hereinafter ‘Bid Item’) will be received by the Town of Crawford at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, New York 12566, until 11:00 AM on October 14, 2026, and then be publicly opened and read aloud.

            Copies of the Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Specifications and Contract may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk at the above address or by email request.  Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder, designation of the Bid Item exactly as specified above and "Town of Crawford".

            The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to readvertise for new bids.  Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law §103.
