PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Crawford invites sealed bids on the 2026 TOWN OF CRAWFORD PARK MOWING BID for the Town Parks located at 19 Red Mills Road, Pine Bush, New York 12566 and 612 Lybolt Road, Bullville, New York 10915.
Sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 16, 2026 at which time all sealed bids will be opened. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY 845-744-2020.

Town of Crawford Supervisor Mike Menendez is pleased to announce the 2026 budget will once again be under the New York State Tax Cap. We have been under the Tax Cap every year since it was enacted.  Despite increased costs for insurance, retirement benefits and essential services, the Town Board was able to maintain a small increase in taxes of 1.55% for general services (A) and highway (DA), and just a 0.59% increase in the overall rate including all budget lines and special districts. This amounts to about a $24.00 annual increase for a home with a market value of over $447,000. The Town remains one of the most financially stable Towns in Orange County, as we look to continue numerous town improvement projects in 2026.
