NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for area variances for lot width and lot area for a non-conforming pre-existing lot (lot width is 49.82 ft. code requires 60 ft.; and lot area is 5,200 sq. ft. code requires 10,000 sq. ft.) for a single family house that meets all setbacks at the property located at 62 Depot St., designated as 6-2-2 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the CH Zoning District, owned by Mark Gesso. Said hearing will take place on December 1, 2021, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
