NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing on March 3, 2021 at 7:30 pm at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY to consider the application of Kenneth Morelli for an interpretation of a violation of Zoning Ordinance 137-30 Site Plan Approval of the Town Zoning Law.
The applicant is appealing the decision of the Building Inspector, who issued a Notice of Violation for an illegal apartment with a kitchen in a single-family home, which is not a permitted use within the Town of Crawford. The property is located at 544 Winding Hills Road, designated as 17-1-57.2 on the tax map of the Town of Crawford in the RA zoning district.
