NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for an area variance for side-yard setback to add a 22 ft. x 24 ft. bonus room above an existing attached garage located at 5319 Searsville Rd., designated as 9-1-57.2 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “RA” Zoning District, owned by Ana M. Tranchina. Said hearing will take place on June 7, 2023, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
