TOWN OF CRAWFORD PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 121 Route 302 Pine Bush, NY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for site plan approval for a change of use from auto repair to tattoo parlor (Phoenix Tattoo) and special use permit for hobby shop for custom cars at the property located at 2420 Rte. 52, designated as 6- 5-10 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the BP-Hamlet zoning district, owned by John Rozema a/k/a John Thomas and Jay Joseph Friedrich. Town Board Special Meeting - 12/13/2021

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Crawford Town Board will have a Special Meeting

for the purpose of returning the 2021 unpaid water, sewer and property maintenance charges to

Orange County for relevy on the 2022 Property Tax bills at Town Hall, 121 State Route 302,

Pine Bush on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 5:30 pm and any other matters that may come

before the board at this time.

The Town of Crawford will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.
